2. SEARCH THIS GROUP: at the top right of the page use the magnifying glass to search. Or use your activity log on your personal Facebook page.
3. PHOTOS: When posting a pic, put all info on the pic: Description, Phone/Email, Location if it is a large item and PRICE/TRADE! Use an album if you can. LIMIT OF 5 POSTS, then wait 1 hour before listing again. Please do not use stock photos. Members would like to see photos of the actual item you are selling.
4. SOLD: Once your item is SOLD, please DELETE IT. IF you cannot Delete your ad, please TAG any ADMIN in your post asking them to please delete your sold ad, or simply type "DELETE".
5. BUMPING: If you must move your listing to the top, ANY comment will do it. Bumping is limited to once EVERY 48 HOURS (every other day) after initial posting or your last comment. Relisting your item is the same as bumping and has the same restrictions. LOWERING YOUR PRICE is also considered bumping. You may do so, by clicking your photo, then editing the description. limit of bumping 5, then wait 1 hour before bumping more.
6. MESSAGES: If your posts says 'MESSAGE ME' be sure your privacy settings allow for your non-friends to message you.
7. PRICE / DESCRIPTION: Please list a PRICE or TRADE along with general descriptions and location of your item(s). If there is no PRICE, ad will be deleted. Members are NOT to offer more than the asking price, this is not an auction page. Once listed. seller CANNOT raise the price.

9. ILLEGAL / PROHIBITED ITEMS: Any item considered illegal to sell will be deleted.
- NO FUNDRAISING SALES.

- ANY ITEM THAT REQUIRES AN RX (PRESCRIPTION) cannot be sold.
- NO ALCOHOL OR TOBACCO SALES: No sales of alcoholic products or Tobacco products including Hookahs, vaporizers and electronic cigarettes
- DIET PILLS / DIET BAR / BEE POLLEN OR ANY DIETARY SUPPLEMENT
- CRIBS: If you are posting a crib you must state the model # and that it is not a dropside crib (if it is stationary). Posts will deleted that do not conform to these rules as it is illegal to sell, trade, donate, gift or list these cribs as they do kill and injure babies.
- CARSEATS: If you are posting a car seat, you must state the EXPIRATION DATE. Posts will be deleted that do not conform to these rules as it is illegal to sell, trade donate, gift or list expired car seats.

11. ORDER OF COMMENTS: ALWAYS go in order of the comments. PM's (personal messages) without a comment on the post do not count as a place in line. TAGGING another member does not place that person in line. MBI (might be interested).. is NOT a place in line. ASKING A QUESTION is showing interest and puts said person in line for that item. Sellers are under no obligation to hold an item for a period of time (example 4-5 days, or until their next pay). 24-30 hours is expected in order to schedule & make arrangements
NO HOLDS means you will not hold beyond the 24-30 hour period.
--Be ready to arrange pickup and make sure you have the money $ before commenting and placing yourself in line. If comment #1 offers less than asking price. Then comment #2 offers full price. Commenter #1 gets opportunity to pay full price before moving on to the next person in line. IF YOU ALREADY AGREED TO THE LOWER PRICE, HONOR THAT!
SELLERS**** IF IT IS AFTER 9:30 PM... BE COURTEOUS, MESSAGE THE FIRST IN LINE AND WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT MORNING FOR A RESPONSE UNTIL 10 A.M. BEFORE MOVING ON TO NEXT IN LINE..... MANY INDIVIDUALS HAVE JOBS. The potential buyer should message you as well, and let you know when they'll be available next... IE, I work in the morning until 3 pm, I'll contact you as soon as I get home, around 3:30. ****** You have to wait 3 hours for a response from someone in line before moving down to the next person in line. Unless the potential buyer has noted a SPECIFIC time.
POTENTIAL BUYERS.... If you comment late in the evening, message the seller and ask to make arrangements to meet, let the seller know your next available time to be online. EXAMPLE: I work in the morning until 3 pm, I'll contact you as soon as I get home, around 3:30. You have 3 hours to respond to the seller before being passed up. If you have to be away, add a SPECIFIC TIME that you will be able to respond.
WHEN YOU MEET: INSPECT, INSPECT, INSPECT! Just like at a garage sale... not what you expected....... DON'T BUY IT!
PHONES / ELECTRONICS: PHONES: meet @ a cell carrier to verify esn is clear/usable. ELECTRONICS: meet where you can test the item.
- EXCEPTION: HOUSES & MOTOR VEHICLES (cars, campers, motorcycles, atvs/quads. These items are sold on a first come, first serve basis. By appointment.
- * NO COMMENTS ON ANY ITEM.... UNLESS YOU HAVE INTEREST IN PURCHASING THAT ITEM. No comment about pricing, getting it somewhere else cheaper, priced too low or priced too high.
13. NO SHOW: If a member does not show up for a meeting, report to one of the administrators. A no-show 3 times, and you are banned from the groups. There is a list in the comment area of the pinned post in most of the groups. You can also see administrators by clicking members, then choose administrators from the drop down box.
14. ADMINISTRATORS: Click MEMBERS then click the arrow and choose ADMINISTRATORS. If you have any administrators blocked, you will be banned from the groups.
15. ADVERTISING A FACEBOOK GROUP: There can be no more than (2) Sellers in the group for advertising to be allowed. If the page is in consignment or auction format, that ad is not permitted.

16. COURTESY/RESPECT:
- Poaching or Snaking a sale:.....If someone has an item for sale and you have the same or similar item.. DO NOT post on their item that you have one for sale or that yours is cheaper and or available. If you post on someone else's post that you are selling the same item it will be deleted, and you may possibly be removed.
- Swearing/Foul Language: Is not tolerated, you will be removed from the groups.
- Offering more than the asking price or more than another person when seller has agreed to the previous offer is rude and will not be tolerated. This is not an auction page.
- Limited to ONE AD per business with no more than 20 PHOTOS on the post.
- Same bumping rules apply, once every 48 hours.
- When posting turn off comments so that you can turn them back on and bump at 48 hours.
- NO Individual Items advertised unless you have said item in hand to meet & sell.
- NO join my team / work at home ads permitted.
- NO contests are permitted.
